Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter provides crematory service to individuals with appropriate dignity and we join you on that sad and fateful walk through your pain. We understand better than most the grief you are experiencing. Your pet will be cremated and remain a part of your life’s journey. CVAS will be at your side offering a dignified pet urn and blue velvet overlap. Your most recent pet photo will slide inside the container slip for everlasting memories of the good times you enjoyed together. Cremation allows you to keep you friend’s memory alive as a vital part of your everlasting good memories. Some people even elect to take their pet’s ashes (remains) with them on their final journey. What a wonderful plan! We offer cremation services to individuals and to local veterinarians and other regional shelters. It isn’t our favorite job. It is a service we need to provide our friends who love and adopt and care for our animals in their time of need and in their grief-stricken moments.
